President of General Fibre Company in St. Louis, MO. In 1960, he invented and patented an automatic molding apparatus for forming pulp articles. Frank was a World War II veteran of the United States Navy, serving in the Pacific theater, as well as the postwar occupation of Japan. He was an alumnus of Iowa State University and Washington University in St. Louis, with a degree in electrical engineering. Frank was an avid hobbyist of ham radio since high school.
