WAREHAM, ABRAHAM LINCOLN

Abraham Lincoln Wareham was born in Oil City, Pa., Nov. 22, 1864 and died in Kansas City, Mo., Jan. 14, 1896, aged 31 years, 1 mo. and 23 days.

The deceased came to this state with his parents in the spring of 1880 and resided in this city. Shortly afterwards he went into the drug house of Justice & Butler. Later on Mr. Butler secured for him a position in with Mr. Brown, druggist, Wichita. After several years he went to Aldridge, Colo., but finally moved to Kansas City.

April 10, 1890, he was united in marriage to Miss Marion Baily, of Wichita, who was with the remains when they were brought here for burial which was on Friday, Jan. 17th.

The funeral services were held in the Christian Church Friday afternoon conducted by Elder J. E. Cain assisted by Eld. D. T. Broadus. After which the interment took place in the Belle Plaine Cemetery.
