Thomas Jefferson Boler was the son of James Harvey and
Rachel Ann (Linton) Boler. Brother of James E.,
Marion H., Mary J. Sarah E. Jesse V., Amanda J., Iva O.,
Omer N., William H., Joseph Wiley, and Cora Bell.
He married Anna Swiggart on 10-16-1884 in Boone Co., Indiana.
They were the parents of Ora O. (1886-1945), Zella Mae
(1893-1919), Zolla (1900-1969), and Charles Thomas
(1906-1967.
Grandfather of five.

Pittsboro: Thomas Boler, age 77, died Tuesday morning following an illness for more than a year. He was born in Boone county, moving to a farm in northern Hendricks county when he married Miss Anna Swaigert in 1884. He had lived on this farm most all his life. Surviving besides the widow, are two sons, Ora and Charles, at home, and one daughter, Mrs. Zola Marsh, of near Pittsboro and three grandsons. One daughter, Mrs. William Merritt, died eighteen years ago. Funeral services will be held this afternoon with burial in the K. of P. cemetery at Lizton.
