Obit - Betty Fair, 57, of Tow and formerly of Stephenville, died at 4:03 a.m. Friday at Stephenville General Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lanny Sprull officiating. Burial will be in Erath Gardens of Memory.
Born Feb. 14, 1927 in Stephenville, she married John Fair Jan 21, 1950, in Lingleville. A homemaker, she had lived in Tow for seven years and was a member of Highland Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; a son John Ray Fair of Snyder; a daughter Cathy Sue Dameron of Stephenville; six sisters, Jimmie Marie McCann of Abilene, Katherine Carey of Fort Worth, Mary Jo Gothard of Euless, Delphia Sharp of Stephenville, Sue Savage of Granbury and Shirley Moore of Lubbock; and two grandchildren.
