He was preceded in death by his parents, John Jenkins and Belle 'Eye' Jenkins; four sisters and six brothers;
Survived by wife, Sadie 'Sitzes' Jenkins of Farmington; two daughters, Jane, Mrs. Don Brewer of Jacksonville, Florida; Joan, Mrs. Dale Woods of Bonne Terre; one son, Clark, and wife Teri Jenkins of Farmington; five grandchildren, Jake, Matt, and Ben Brewer, Aubrey Jones, and Laynie Jenkins; Several great-nieces and great-nephews and nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends survive.
He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 2426.
Visitation will be at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home after 5 p.m. Monday. Services for Leo Jenkins will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. Chester Self officiating.
Burial will be at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
