Services for Edna Abbiehl Esau, 89, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Mishawaka, who died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in a Phoenix nursing home after an illness, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Green Acres Mortuary, Scottsdale, Ariz. Burial will be in Green Acres Cemetery, Scottsdale.
Born Sept. 26, 1898, in Marshall County, Mrs. Esau spent most of her life in Mishawaka. Her husbands, Raymond Abbiehl and Lee Esau, preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, M. Wayne Abbiehl of South Bend; a grandson, Michael Abbiehl of North Liberty; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. A son, Arnold, died in 1970, and a grandson, David Abbiehl, died in 1986.
