I think he is Robert , son of Irish immigrants James & Ann Boyne, who lived in Baltimore area.
Robert's death listing, lists both Boyne & Bayne on consecutive days in DC papers.
His family is buried at Congressional, but I belive he was buried Catholic at either Mt. Olivet, or possibly with his parents, wherever they might be.
