Davis – Mary Frances "Frankie" Crews Davis, age 84, of Lake City, FL passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Cornerstone Hospice – Tavares Hospice House with her loving family by her side. She was born on September 23, 1938, to the late Rufus Crews and Mary Smith Crews in Winokur, Georgia. Frankie was raised in Georgia, and later relocated to Lake City, Florida; where she graduated from Columbia High School and went to go on to Cosmetology School in Jacksonville, Florida. She loved her profession and continued to provide care to her clients for their beauty services until recently. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister who always put her family first. Frankie was greatly loved, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Davis; mother, Mary Crews; father, Rufus Crews; stepmother, Aubrey "Doll" Crews; brothers, Kenneth Crews, Hugh Crews, Cecil Crews, James "Jim" Crews; sister, Marjorie "Margie" Crews Gill; and bonus daughter, Sharon Davis Douberly Emerick.

She is survived by her daughters, Kelli Lipthrott (Billy), Kristi Quick (Mike); bonus daughters, Charlene Martin (Bill), and Susan Godwin; grandchildren, Alexa Prelaz (Anthony), Kaci Hasson (Jason), Hunter Lipthrott (Lauren), Zachary Davis (Marina), Zoey Quick, and Gabi Quick; great grandchildren, Carson Prelaz and Spencer Prelaz; along with numerous nephews, niece, and extended family.

A Celebration of Frankie's Life will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 11:00 AM at V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services Chapel with Pastor Kyle Davis officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, April 17, 2023, from 5:00PM – 7:00 PM at V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services Parlor.
