LINDALE - Services for Jeremy Shane Warren, 22, Lindale, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home chapel, Lindale, with Bro. Keith Irwin officiating.
Burial will be in Lindale City Cemetery.
Mr. Warren died March 8, 2008, in a Tyler hospital.
He was born May 12, 1985, in Tyler and lived most of his life in the Lindale area. He was a graduate of Lindale High School and a brick mason apprentice.
Survivors include his daughter, Addison Warren, Lindale; mother and stepfather, Carla Warren and Jerry Roberson, Lindale; brother, Matthew Warren, Lindale; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
