CAMERON, TX - Pat Hughes, 74 of Rockdale, TX, died Saturday, July 29, in a Temple, TX hospital. Services 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 7 at the Mountain View Cemetery Mausoleum in Oakland, California. Local memorial services will be held at a later date. Mr. Hughes, a beauty/barber supply salesman was born May 7, 1929 in Menard, Texas to Autie and Fern (Luckett) Hughes. He was a navy veteran of the Korean conflict. He married Marian McCallum on July 24, 1954. A daughter, Patrice Hughes, preceded him in death.

Survivors include: his wife, Marian Hughes of Rockdale, TX, 3 sons, Michael Hughes of Cameron, TX, Mark Hughes of California, Todd Hughes of Georgetown, TX, daughter, Christina Hughes of California, brother, Jim Hughes of Moody, TX, sister, Christine Haynes of Stephenville, TX, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
