MUSCATINE, Iowa - Jolene Kaye Siewert, 76, of Muscatine, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023, at The Bird House.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 14, 2023 in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Reverend David Wood will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Bird House - Hospice Home of Johnson County. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com.

Jolene was born on August 18, 1946, in Muscatine, the daughter of Robert and Betty Hazen Ament. She married Donald Vernon Siewert on July 2, 1966, in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

She was a member of the Walnut Baptist Church. Jolene enjoyed sewing, cross stitching, creating fairy gardens, fishing, and western line dancing with her husband.

Those left to honor her memory include two children, Janell Townsley and her husband, Clint, of Letts and Jeff Siewert and his wife, Kristin, of Pella; four grandchildren, Jason Townsley and his wife, Rebecca, Janessa Boley and her husband, Ryan, Zachary Siewert, and Cole Siewert and his wife, Leah; and three great grandchildren, Beau, Brantley, and Ember.

Jolene is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Robert Jr.; and sister Julie Ann.
