Mr. Jerald (Jerry) E. Jenkins of Pearland formerly of Fredericksburg passed away on Saturday, April 8th at the age of 93 years.

Jerald E. Jenkins was born on July 1st, 1929 in York, Valley County, Nebraska to Ivan E. and Morna V. Smith Jenkins

Mr. Jerald E. Jenkins is survived by his wife: Betty J. Jenkins of Pearland

Three daughters, one son and spouses: Jet and Weldon Itz of Fredericksburg, Keith and Teresa Jenkins of Huntsville, Texas, Marcie and Scott Wright of Louisiana, Suzy and Brandon Cass of Frisco, Texas

10 Grandchildren 6 Great Grandchildren

Two sisters, one Brother: Darlene Long of Ohio, Rev. Kenneth Jenkins of Pearland, Phyllis Heitz of Ohio

Betty's Daughters: Vickie, Linda and Lisa, 10 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren

Mr. Jenkins is preceded in death by his parents: Ivan E. and Morna V. Smith Jenkins, First Wife: Marilyn Scott Jenkins, One Son: Jerry Scott Jenkins, One Sister: Marietta Winemiller and One Brother: Donald Jenkins

The family will have a visitation on Thursday, April 13th from 3 to 4 P.M. in The Fredericksburg United Methodist Church with a Funeral Service at 4 P.M.

Graveside services and interment will follow with military honors in the Greenwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be given in his memory to the Food Pantry, VFW Fredericksburg Post 7105 or to the charity of your choice.
