"Mrs. Bernice Lynn English, 61, of Wawona, Yosemite National Park, died February 18, at Lewis Memorial Hospital, Yosemite, after an illness. Mrs. English was a native of Missouri, and was a resident of San Mateo from 1936 to 1960, of San Francisco from 1960 to 1962, and of Yosemite from 1962 to 1964. She was the widow of Edward gates English, who died in July 1963, also in Yosemite. A private memorial service will be held from Yosemite Chapel tomorrow.

Mrs. English is survived by a son, Ned English, of Yosemite, a daughter, Mrs. Roger L. Williams of Burlingame, a brother, Robert H. Lynn of Gainesville, Texas, and two grandchildren. Contributions to the American Cancer Society are preferred."
