Steven "Steve" Bailey, age 60, of Springboro, Ohio passed away on December 17, 2021 after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved son of Wilford Bailey and the late Peggy Bailey (nee Henry).

Steve is survived by his father, Wilford Bailey, beloved companion, Daphne Porter, his son Tyler Bailey (Casey), his grandson Oliver Bailey, his brothers Danny Bailey and Doug Bailey (Jamie) and a host of family and friends.

He graduated from Lebanon High School in 1979. He served in the U.S. Army, 24th Infantry Division and was stationed in Korea. Steve was an industrial electrician for most of his career. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his son, Tyler and his grandson Oliver who he nicknamed Pickle. He also loved to travel.

Steve was a wonderful son, father, brother and friend. He became a follower of Christ and was baptized on July 17, 2016.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation to Hospice of Dayton or the American Cancer Society.
