CHARLOTTE - Arleigh Edward Nain, 89, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. A graveside service, with full military honors, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Cedardale Cemetery in Mullins, SC. The service will be directed by Richardson Funeral Home of Marion, SC.

Arleigh was born in McKeesport, PA, a son of the late Alex and Helen Elizabeth Wistrowski Nain. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Toby Nain.

Mr. Nain was a veteran, having served in the US Navy until retirement. He would later work for the Tandy Corporation for 10 years and Belk Store for 20 years. He was a faithful member of Weddington United Methodist Church in Weddington, NC.

Surviving are his wife, Ann Bryant Nain of the home; son, Rodney "Lee" Sealey (Kimberly) of Stanley, NC; daughter, Gina Sealey Gaines of Charlotte, NC; sister, Kathryn Nain Stone of Mullins; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
