Charlene Eleanor Baddley Barlow
September 25, 1928 - October 17, 2022

Charlene Baddley Barlow, 94 passed away peacefully on Monday, October 17th, 2022 in her home surrounded by her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was born on September 25, 1928 in Brigham City, Ut, a daughter of George Clifford and Clara Barbara Sauter Baddley. She grew up in Willard, Utah. She graduated from Box Elder High School in 1946. She married her sweetheart, Gardner W. Barlow on June 3, 1954 in Willard, Utah in the family home with Gardner's brother Eldon performing the ceremony.

She worked at the Naval Supply Depot in Clearfield, Utah. She then later worked for the Utah State Liquor Commission in Brigham City for four years as a sales clerk.

Charlene served in the Elks Auxiliary where she had been the President for four years.

One of Charlene's most cherished times was supporting her three sons playing Little League baseball where she always had a score book in her hand, she also served for four years as Secretary of the WBBA along with her husband Gardner who was President of the WBBA for more than four years, baseball was one of her many passions, she loved baseball!

Another one of Charlene's passion was bowling, starting at age 19 she bowled on several leagues for over 60 years, she belonged to the Bowlers of Northern Utah and the Ogden Women's Bowling Association, where she traveled to other States bowling in numerous tournaments. Charlene served as a Director from 1989 to 2000, as 3rd Vice President from 2000 to 2003 and then Director from 2003 to 2005. Charlene was inducted into the Ogden Women's Bowling Association Hall of Fame in February of 2006.

She also loved working in her yard, gardening and spending time with her family. She loved to cook for her family and bake her signature goodies. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will forever be remembered by her family and friends.

She is survived by her three sons, Hal, Philip and Tom Barlow; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gardner; two step- sons, Stanley; Mark (Rose) Barlow; one step-daughter, Janet; one brother and four sisters.

Graveside services will be held on October 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Willard Precinct Cemetery, 900 N Main, Willard, Utah where family will greet with friends at graveside services.
