George B. Wuestling, age 88, of Ballwin, passed away on March 31, 2023, in his home, with his wife Ermalynn at his side.
Private Burial service will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schrader Funeral Home.
George was born in St. Louis, MO to Elizabeth and George Wuestling on September 29, 1934. He married Ermalynn Kirk June 6, 1958.
He graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia earning a degree in Animal Husbandry. He worked as a Cattle Buyer for Wuestling Meat Packing Company until it closed in 1970. He also worked for the United Postal Service as a letter carrier until his retirement in 2004.
He was an Army reservist, a lifelong fisherman, and an avid Mizzou football and basketball fan.
George is preceded in death by parents Elizabeth and George Wuestling. George is survived by his wife Ermalynn, daughter Kathryn, son Kirk and Suzanne (Nee Stone), and grandchildren Brittany, Haley, George, Rachel, Trisha and Tyler.
