Rex D. Roberts - age 81, of Petal, MS, died on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at his residence. He was the former manager of Phoenix Laundry, a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II and a member of Petal United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helene Roberts and a brother, Dan Roberts. He is survived by son, Ronald Roberts of Petal, MS; sister, Doris Hinton of Richton, MS; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday, March 10, 2008 from 5PM to 9PM at Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home in Hattiesburg, MS. Services will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 2PM at Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home with entombment in Hillcrest Mausoleum.
