Alan D. Greenwood, 57, of Olney, died Thursday, December 2, 2004, in Washington, Ind.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Noble with Reverend Bill Rennels officiating. Burial with full military rites will be in Hanna Cemetery in Noble.

Mr. Greenwood was born on June 21, 1947, in Olney, the son of Otis Sr. and Ollie (Jennings) Greenwood. He married Norma Weiss on March 8, 1969 in Olney. She survives.

He was a heavy-equipment operator for Shuler Tractor Service and was a member of Eagles.

Mr. Greenwood is survived by his wife, Norma Greenwood of Olney' his parents, Otis Sr. and Ollie Greenwood of Olney; a daughter, Rhonda Lea Greenwood of Olney; and five brothers, Otis Greenwood Jr. and his wife, Norma of Noble, Steve Greenwood and his wife, Pat of Noble, Darrell Greenwood of Olney, Rocky Greenwood and his wife, Wanda of Clay City and Tommy Greenwood of Noble.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Stormy Greenwood.
