Jane Zook Basgall, born Feb. 1, 1934, died March 4, 2008.
Beloved sister, mother and grandmother, Jane is survived by her brothers, Kenneth and Raymond Zook, both of Alberta, Canada; her son, James Duggan and daughter-in-law, Bonnie Duggan, both of Las Vegas; daughters, MaryJane Torres, Barbara Hougaard and Renee' Kaufmann, all of Las Vegas; and her grandchildren, Darrell Duggan, Joshua Duggan, Amber Drake, Sara Tully and Jesse Torres, all of Las Vegas. Retired in 2003, Jane had spent 47 years devoted to her profession of registered nursing. After she retired, Jane pledged her time to her church, Harbor Christian, and to her devout belief in Jesus Christ. She was loved and will be missed by all. Goodbye, Our Mother. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon Friday, March 14, with services immediately following, officiated by Pastor Walt Hatch, both at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. at Palm Memorial Park.
