Billie was preceded in death by her daughter: Pamala Riggs.
She is survived by one daughter: Paula Smith of Van Buren, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Smantha Morguloff, Joanna and Andrew Riggs, and one great-grandchild: Miley Sims.
Graveside services were held on Friday, March 7, 2008, at Black Jack Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma, under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
