Daughter of Col. John and Elizabeth (Huntington) Chester. Married Charles Chauncey Sr. on Sept. 26, 1808 in Hartford County, Connecticut. Aged 39 years. Died of "fever."

Originally interred in the family vault in the Second Presbyterian burial ground on Arch Street. Removed to Laurel Hill Cemetery with other family members on March 20, 1854.
