Taylor left in his own handwriting a meno of the names and dates of birth of his 16 children, which was in the possession of his grandchild, Mrs. Whitney. He is said to have gone to Charlestown, NH, about 1766, and bought a pew in the old meeting house there in 1768; but his name appears in the 1782 Grand List of estates in Springfield, VT at 33 Pounds.
