*S/O John L. & Mary E. Harbert Wilson, H/O Rebecca Dunkle* John Henry Wilson,80,died at 8:05 last nite at his home in Wheeling. He was a retired farmer. Mr.Wilson had been ill since suffering a stroke Nov.11. He was born Nov.9,1876 in Grundy Co, Mo; Son of John Louis and Mary (Harbert)Wilson.When he was 4, the family moved to Wheeling,and he spent the remaining of his life there,Except 2 yrs in Oklahoma.He attended the Way And Jacksnipe schools.March 17,1897,he married Rebecca Dunkle,Who survies him.He also leaves 5 sons, Ward Wilson Bern Kans.,Nathan Wilson Chillicothe Mo.,Henry Wilson Oklahoma City,Chester Wilson Wichita Kans.,and Hubert Wilson Clarksburg,W.Va.: 4 daughters Mrs. Gertrude Heaton Wheeling,Mrs. Nellie Bowers Kansa City Kans.,Mrs Pauline Honeycutt Kansas City,and Mrs. Leonda McCracken Jacksonville Fla.: 2 sisters Mrs. Sabina Deloughery and Mrs.Frances Scott both of Chillicothe Mo.35 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren. Funneral services will be held at 2 O'clock Sunday afternoon at the Wheeling Baptist Church,of which he was a member.Rev.Lloyd Morgan of Princeton will be assited by Rev.Carl J. Wonderly.
