Leland C. Fuller, 81 of 6 Birch Drive, Tunkannock, formerly of South Auburn died Thursday, January 27, 1994 at Tyler Memorial Hospital, Tunkannock.

He was born April 23, 1912 in South Auburn. He was the son of the late frank R. and Vida [Carter] Fuller.

He was predeceased by his wife Irene O. Fuller in April 1991. He is survived by a son Charles Fuller of Atlanta, GA; a sister Mrs. Ermal Lott of South Montrose; four brothers-in-law, Joe Overfield, Meshoppen, Byron (Dick) Overfield, Henry (Chick) Overfield, and Donald Overfield all of Montrose, two sister-in-law, Mrs. Asa (Ann) Very and Mrs. Harriett Kielceski both of Montrose; several nieces and nephews.

He was a dairy/beef farmer in South Auburn all of his life until selling the farm in 1990. He was a member of the South Auburn United Methodist Church and the South Auburn Grange #1188 and was honored in November, 1993 as a 65 year member and he was also active in the Susquehanna County Cooperative Extension.

Funeral and Committal Services were held Sunday, January 30th at the Sheldon Funeral Home, Main Street, Meshoppen with the Rev. Hamilton Clemow officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Jersey Hill Cemetery, Meshoppen.
