Graveside services will be held at Arpelar Cemetery Saturday at 10 a.m. for Ida Imler, 78 of Haywood. Rev. Ray Larkin will officiate. She died Wednesday at a local nursing home. Mrs. Imler was born Feb. 14, 1909 in Oklahoma. She married David Earl Imler in 1926 at Idabel. She was a housewife and a member of Haywood Baptist Church and had lived in Pittsburg County for 33 years. Mrs. Imler was preceded in death by her husband in November of 1963. She was also preceded in death by a son, Bobby, March 17, 1980, and a daughter, Lois Skaggs, June 1981. Surviving relatives incude her daughter, Betty Edwards of Canadian; two sons, Willard of Haywood and Robert Earl of Magnolia, Ark.; two sisters, Dollie Johnson of Hemitt, Calif, and Emily Johnson of Mt.? Herman; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been made through Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.
