YORK Angela Ramos Ortega, 93, entered into God's care on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at the York Hospital. She was born February 15, 1915, in Santurce, Puerto Rico, a daughter of the late Urbano Ramos and Rosa Ortega.
Angela Ramos was a member of the First Spanish Assembly of God Church on S. Queen St., York. She was a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt.
She is survived by two daughters, Maria E. Rivera of York and Noemi Melendez of Puerto Rico; a son, Richard Ramos of York; 11 grandchildren; 25 greatgrandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Edward Ramos.
Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
