Linda Jo (Woods) Hall age 71 of Milano, Texas , passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023, in Rockdale Estates and Rehabilitation. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Dillard officiating. Visitation is also Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until service time at 10:00 A.M.

Linda was born on August 9, 1951 in Milano to Harry Douglas (H.D) and Catherine (Pratt) Woods. She was a 1969 graduate of Milano High School and a member of Milano United Methodist Church. She later received her cosmetology license from Temple Beauty School. Linda was a hairdresser for approximately 20 years. She then changed up her career and became a Deputy Jailer for Milam County Sheriff's Department from August 17, 1998 thru August 31, 2017, she then became a Deputy County Clerk with Milam County until her retirement. She was a member of the Milano Lions Club. On December 20, 2003. she and Jerry Hall were married in Milano.

She is preceded in death by her parents H.D. and Catherine Woods, stepson Larry (Pete) Morgan, a brother Jerry Woods, and two nieces, Cathleen Phillips and Arlecia Weiler.

Linda is survived by her husband, Jerry Hall of Milano, son Jeff Hall and wife Wendy of Cameron, daughter, Janet Hall Hundle and husband Melvin of Cameron, sons, Gary Morgan and Jim Morgan of Milano, sister, Bonnie Johnson and husband Darrell of Milano, best friend Carol Brooks of Milano, brothers, Edwin (Ab) Woods and wife Becky of Milano, and Leon Woods of Angleton, sister-in-law, Kitty Woods of Wharton, four grandchildren, Jacey Gray, James Weston Hall, Jaden Faith Hall, and Kassidy Renee Hundle and two great grandchildren, Kayson Gray and Kallie Renee Hundle.
