Frank was the son of Frank Chatfield Howitt and Ada Davis, and was married to Jean Bock (Bochanesky) at the time of his death. His body was donated to the U.B.C. Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Vancouver, B.C. Mount Pleasant Funeral Home of Vancouver, B.C. was in care of arrangements.
