Clara was born in Carthage, Indiana to Lewis and Lillie (Thomas) Donoho and she was united in marriage to Forrest Everett Wehrly on June 3, 1974 in Winona Lake.
She was a homemaker and loved traveling across the USA. She collected pigs and magnets and loved her cats.
Clara will be lovingly remembered by her children Brenda Mellott of Warsaw, Lewis Ersland of Indianapolis, and Robert Ersland of Pireceton, also surviving are two grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her parents, her husband, a son Hugh Hutchens, and two brothers.
