Mrs. Sylvia Jones, widow of the late Nelson Jones, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fulton Brown, 4 Indiana avenue, aged 82 years and 8 months. She had been in poor health for some time, and her condition had grown steadily worse since the death of her husband, which occurred Aug. 10, at his home at East Hounsfield.
Mrs. Jones is survived, besides her daughter, by three sons, Orville, of East Hounsfield, and George and Austin of this city.
The funeral will be held from Mrs. Brown's residence tomorrow at 3 p.m., and the interment will be made in the Arsenal street cemetery.
