Kerry Bob Bullard, age 63, of Corsicana, Texas, passed away March 2, 2023. He was born to Bob and Janis Bullard in Brownwood, Texas on May 16, 1959.

Kerry attended public school in Odessa, Texas. He graduated from Permian High School in 1977. He was passionate about MOJO football. As a Panther tailback, he proudly wore #40. Following High School Graduation, Kerry pursued higher education in Science receiving his Bachelor's Degree in 1992 from Howard Payne University. So, began his dedicated and long career in the service of helping others. Kerry sacrificially dedicated his life to serving individuals with intellectual disabilities as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). Kerry's career also included working for a contract company with Mexia State Supported Living Center. Kerry served as a Service Coordinator, and most recently worked as a Corrections Officer at the Limestone County Detention Center. Over the course of his career, he was a fierce advocate for individuals that he served and was dedicated to always helping others.

In addition to his lifelong desire to help others, Kerry also served in the service branch of the Army National Guard from 1989-1997, and again 1999-2002. He was honorably discharged as an E-6 Staff Sergeant. During his service in the National Guard, he earned and received multiple commendations for service including the Army Medal of Military Merit and many others.

Kerry expressed so many times that of all the careers he had, becoming a father to Sean, was the greatest one by far.

Survivors include his son, Sean Bullard of Brownwood, Texas, his parents, Bob and Janis Bullard of Brownwood, Texas. His sister and brother in law, Jana and Richard Turner, of Brownwood, Texas. Nephew Brennan Turner and family of Abilene, Texas, niece Brogan Henderson and her family of San Antonio, Texas, and many other beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial will be held in Brownwood, Texas on April 3, 2023 at Blaylock Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at Greenleaf Cemetery.
