Anna Deckard was the second child born to Jesse Wesley Deckard and Sarah Elizabeth KINSER. She was born in 1834 in Smithville, Monroe County, Indiana. She married Austin Honeycutt in 1852. They married in Jonesboro, Maury, Tennessee.
They had five children together:
1. James Matthew Honeycutt 1852-1928
2. Jacob Henry Honeycutt 1854
3. Caroline Honeycutt 1856-1936
4. Nathan Honeycutt 1860
5. Deborah Lillie Honeycutt 1862-1941
There is another daughter born to Anna. I am fairly sure the daughter could not belong to Austin Honeycutt. Austin died in 1862. Anna's last child was born 1868. I am fairly certain the last child was not Honeycutt's daughter.
6. Rachel Jane Honeycutt 1868-1954
I believe Anna passed away sometime after June 1880. She is recorded in the 1880 U.S. Federal Census as head of household.
