Rosie was one of 14 children of her parents, Edgar and May Masters, of Kansas City, Kansas.
All have preceded her in death except for her surviving sisters Winona Perkins, Pearl Ashton and Darlene Masters.
Rosie is survived by her husband of 38 years James H. Sharp of Beggs, Oklahoma.
Rosie is survived by her three daughters, Sharon Holstein (husband Bill Holstein) of Jefferson City, Missouri; Norma Jean Carson of Wall, South Dakota; and Rebecca Lynn Rogers of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and one step-daughter, Linda Raulston (husband David Raulston) of Conway, Arkansas.
Rosie is preceded in death by her grandson, Collin Lane Rogers, and is survived by four grand-daughters: Cody Vernon, Kelley Meeks, Chloe Favor, and Sarah Frantz. She is survived by her step-granddaughter Haley Raulston Rose and her step-grandson Brandon Raulston. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Rosie was a seamstress, and ultimately became an upholsterer with her own company S&R Upholstery, of Beggs, Oklahoma.
When she retired she devoted her full attention to becoming an Oklahoma State Senior Champion barrel racer with the NBHA and SBRA, and entered many rodeos and events.
