"MISS ADAMS INFLUENZA VICTIM"

"Miss Pearl Adams was the first Bradentown victim of influenza, passing away Monday evening at 9 o'clock. The funeral was conducted by Rev. J. H. Patterson at the Fogartyville cemetery where the interment was made Tuesday afternoon. There were many beautiful floral offerings. Miss Adams has been a sufferer from asthma for several years, and her constitution was not strong enough to resist the epidemic. Miss Adams' father and sister are confined at home with the disease and the mother was the only member of the family able to attend the funeral."
