Services were held on Tuesday in Muskogee for Mrs. Neoma A. Seay, 51, who died on Sunday, June 11. 1961, in a Muskogee hospital. Services were conducted by Rev. George Lake. She was born March 15, 1910.
Interment was in Wagoner Elmwood Cemetery.
She is survived by five sons, five daughters, her father, Sherman Wright, Wagoner; 12 grandchildren; one brother and three sisters.

She is the daughter of Fountain A. Stockton and Florance Fulton. Florance Fulton then married William Sherman Wright in 1911. Mr. Wright was a faithful step-father to Florance's children from several marriages.
As a note Florance Victoria Fulton's parents are Jacob Fulton and Sarah Angeline Ezell.
