Megan Mischelle Miller, 17, Owensboro, died Sunday, March 19, 2006 as a result of a car accident. She was born July 18, 1988 to Tim and Mischelle Miller in Daviess County. She was in the eleventh grade at Daviess County High School and had received the Spirit Award and always focused on her dreams, particularly in cosmetology. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and helped teach religious education in the 5th grade for three years, she was also very involved in the youth group. She had a big heart and always wanted to be helping other people.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Glenn Miller in 1965 and her great-grandmother, Clara Camp on March 12, 2006.

Survivors include her parents, Tim and Mischelle Miller of Owensboro; brother, Myles Miller and her sister, Morgan Miller, both at home; grandmother, Anna Lois Miller of Owensboro; Glover and Phyllis Myles of Owensboro and Claudia and Charlie Thurman of Sonora, KY; her longtime boyfriend, Matt Pogue of Owensboro; several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with entombment in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday with prayers beginning at 7:30 PM at Glenn Funeral Home. Visitation Thursday will be after 9:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund for Myles and Morgan in memory of Megan, Tim and Mischelle Miller, 3539 Cannonade Loop North, Owensboro, KY, 42303.
