Graveside services for Rodney "Drill" Coleman, 57, of Ruston will be 2 PM Wednesday, March 5, 2008 in Douglas Cemetery near Choudrant. Officiating will be Dr. David Hodge under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mr. Coleman died Monday, March 3, 2008 in Ruston following a brief illness. He was a US Army veteran and had worked in the oilfield for many years.

Mr. Coleman is survived by his wife; Anita Roberts Coleman of Ruston: Sons; Rodney L. Coleman Jr. and wife Tina of Dubberly, John T. Coleman and wife Christian of Waskom, TX: Grandchildren; Candy, LaTina, Kimberly, Sabrina, Ali, Emily, Michael and J.C.: Great Grandchildren; Allen, Blaine, Ashton and Jack: He is also survived by two Brothers, four Sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Richard Williams, Billy Frank Edwards, Michael Calhoun, J.C. Calhoun, Phillip Sutherland and Bobby Davis. Visitation was Tuesday, March 4, 2008 from 5PM until 7PM at the funeral home.
