SERVICES HELD FOR PIONEER RESIDENT
Funeral services for Hugh Boothe, 91, Wagoner area pioneer, were held at 2:30pm Monday in the Chouteau Assembly of God Church. Boothe died at his home in Wagoner on Saturday, October 9, 1965. Pastor Dale Neal officiated at the services. He was a retired farmer and member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include three nieces and a nephew; two grand-nieces and two grand-nephews.
Burial was in the Chouteau Cemetery North under the direction of Hersman Funeral Home of Wagoner.
Pallbearers were Floyd Hagar, Bob Henson, Floyd Henry, Lester Devers, W.K. Tipton and H.G. Jaggers.
Hugh was the son of Alexander and Sarenia (Woods) Boothe.
