Ronald was raised by Donald and Doris Liter growing up in Oklahoma and Indiana. He was a gentle soul who loved his four sisters and other family. He loved helping and serving others, cooking, eating, nature and the outdoors.
Ronald is preceded in death by his father, Donald Liter; brother, Randy Harris; grandparents, Elis and Bertha Crawford, Winston Murphy.
Survivors include his birth mother, Patricia Gilbert; mother, Doris Liter; sisters, Donna Harper (Rory) , Karen Moore, Samantha Moore, Jessica Liter; along with other family and friends.
A graveside funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the Wellston Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
