NEW CHAPEL HILL - Services for Cody Henry, 40, New Chapel Hill, are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Directors chapel, Tyler, with Brother John Cole officiating.
Burial is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at Meador Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Mr. Henry died March 2, 2008, at a Tyler hospice.
He was born Oct. 20, 1967, in Tyler. He was a welder and member of First Baptist Church in Mixon.
Survivors include his fiancée, Carla Prince; mother and stepfather, Elaine and Tony Jinkins, New Chapel Hill; father and stepmother, James and Sherry Henry, Tyler; brother, Brent Henry, Mineral Wells; and three nieces.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
