He was born Sunday, November 4, 1951, in Chandler, OK to Virgil and Ina (Palmer) Miller. He grew up in Chandler graduating from Chandler High School in 1970. Wayne married Terri Crouch on July 31, 1976.
Wayne retired from National Standard after 30 years. He also worked for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, William Miller; and two sisters, Mary Ellen Austin, and Kay Hamon.
Funeral Services were Friday, March 3, 2023 at the Chandler Southern Baptist Church, Chandler, OK
