Preceded in death by his wife, Clarice Sehon Blake, parents, two brothers; Lloyd P. Blake, Joe D. Blake.

Survived by son, Carl Blake Jr. (Susan) of El Dorado, brother, Ricky Blake of Hot Springs AR, two grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
