CHILD DIES AS AUTO OVERTURNS
A 2-year old Freedom girl was killed yesterday when her mother lost control of the car she was driving on Freedom boulevard and crashed through a guard rail. dead was Sheryl Ann Lowe. The mother, Elizabeth Ann Lowe, 23 was taken to Watsonville hospital at 12:50 p.m. later transferred to the Santa Cruz county where she was hospital where she was pronounced in "fairly good" condition. A son, Tommy, 5, who was also riding in the car, escaped without a scratch, according to a highway patrolman. The CHP reported that Mrs. Lowe, who lives at 2925 Freedom boulevard, was heading west when the car skidded on the wet pavement while in the midst of a curve near Haymes road. The car crashed into a three foot guard rail. stuck a drain pipe and bounced back onto the pavement on its side. The little girl was thown out of the car and pinned between the vehicle and the pavement. Her body was taken to White's mortuary in Watsonville.

She has no Marker but was buried in a Small White Pearl Casket. As of Nov 10, 2016 there was still no marker. My aunt Betty could never bring her self to vist the cemetary
