Myrtle George
Miss Myrtle George, 73, died at 6:30 o'clock Monday night at a Parsons nursing home.
She was born in Cherokee County on March 8, 1891, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pete George. She never married and had lived in Parsons since 1924.
Survivors include three brothers, Tom, Columbus; Fred, Oswego, and Reuben, R. 1, Oswego.
Graveside rites will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Edgeman(sic) Cemetery at Columbus. The Carson Funeral Home is in charge.
