NANCY HUBBELL.
Mrs. Nancy Hubbell died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. John Tice, 216 East Pearl street, this city, Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. The cause of her death was arterial sclerosis, and she had been ill since Febrary last.
The deceased was born in Hancock county, this state, and was aged 84 years, 1 month and 14 days. She was married Dec. 25, 1853, in this county, to William Hubbell, who died Apr. 13, 1864. The children surviving are Mrs. Sena Richmond of Crawfordsville; Mrs. Amelia Miller, of Jamestown, and Mrs. Willa Tice, of this city. A half-brother, Lewis New, resides at Kirklin. Mrs. Hubbell was a member of the Christian church at Jamestown.
Funeral services were held at the Tice residence Tuesday morning at 10:00 o’clock. Interment was in the Odd Fellows’ cemetery at Jamestown.
