MRS. NELS G. NELSON

Mrs. Annie Nelson was born in Telemark, Norway, April 7, 1874. She came to Minnesota with her parents, Ole and Aagaat Hyland, in 1891.

April 8, 1898, she was united in marriage to Nels G. Nelson. They settled on the farm where they have lived since, south of Spring Valley.

Mrs. Nelson was in poor health the last years. She became seriously ill with pneumonia a few days before her death, March, 1, 1935.

She was a faithful member of the Bloomfield Lutheran church. Being one of those who was decidedly interested in the welfare of the congregation, she will be missed by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her husband and three children, Clarence, Mrs. Lester Kohn and Nora; also four brothers and one sister, four grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at the Bloomfield Lutheran church, Monday, March 4, 2:30 p. m., with Rev. B. F. Molstre of Ostrander in charge. Interment was made at the Bloomfield Lutheran cemetery.
