Graveside services for Anna Jane Antone, 100, Ottawa, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Highland Cemetery.

Mrs. Antone died Tuesday, April 21, 1998, at the Ottawa Retirement Village.

She was born March 29, 1898, in Pendleton County, W. Va., the daughter of Harrison and Pauline Harold Teter. The family moved to Kansas in September of 1900, settling first near LaCygne. They later lived in Linn and Anderson counties and Garnett.

Mrs. Antone moved to Ottawa in 1914.

She married George W. Antone Jan. 14, 1920, in Ottawa. They purchased a produce station-feed store in Ottawa, which they operated until 1963.

Mrs. Antone was a member of the Ottawa First United Methodist Church, the Ottawa Promenaders, Union Chapter No. 15, O.E.S. and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 13, 1982; a son, George H. Antone; and a granddaughter, Jean Geiss.

Survivors include a daughter, Norma Geiss, Ottawa; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
