Marguerite "Peggy" Wiley, 89, widow of J. Carlyle Wiley, passed away Saturday (August 11, 2001) at Westside Multicare in Manchester.
Born in St. Albans Bay, VT, Peggy was a resident of the St. Albans area for many years before moving to Brunswick, ME. While in Brunswick, she was an active member of the Emblem Club. She and her husband retired to Holiday, FL, in 1978. Peggy is survived by two sons, five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery in St. Albans, VT, Saturday, August 25, 2pm. Relatives and friends respectfully invited attend. The Wiley family has entrusted Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, East Hartford, to care for final arrangements. Published in The Hartford Courant on Aug. 22, 2001.
