William loved horses, drag racing and his chickens. William was a hard working man and loved life to the fullest. William also enjoyed farming. His greatest passion was spending time with his family and friends.

He worked as a truck driver.

Surviving are Son, Brad(Judy) Cummins of Rochester, Indiana, Son, Gerry(Darla) Cummins of Atlanta, Georgia, Son, Chris(Tina) Cummins of Rochester, Indiana, Son, Jim(Regina) Cummins of Cincinnati, Ohio, Son, Robert(Traci) Cummins of North Manchester, Indiana, Son, John(Cathy) Cummins of North Manchester, Indiana, Son, Mark(Denita) Cummins of Fayetville, North Carolina, Son, William Cummins of Elkhart, Indiana, Son, Clint (Lisa) Cummins of Batesville, Indiana, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Companion, Lucia Datisman of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Lisa Cummins, Indiana, Daughter, Brittany Cummins, Indiana, Daughter, Brandy Cummins, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by by parents James and Genevive Cummins and sister Shirley Pryor.

Services will be held at Seventh Day Adventist Church, Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 4 PM EST.
